Synopsis

A documentary crew take a pub crawl through 1990s Derry (N. Ireland), observing the young revellers who give themselves to the night while the eyes of the security forces watch on. Using video archive and still images, ‘That sanity be kept’ explores being young, being watched and getting drunk during a ceasefire.
